Kernel Density Estimation "Toolbox"

Version 1.3, 9th September 1999

Installation notes:

Whichever directory you choose to place these files should be added to the
PATH (use the path browser ison from the MATLAB toolbar).

The only real change from version 1.3 is that you are now assumed to be 
running MATLAB 5.

To get started just type 

>> kdedemo1 

or 

>> kdedemo2 

or

>> kdedemo3

at the MATLAB prompt.

Version 1.1 Notes:
------------------

1. Canonical kernels now work properly in the 1D case;
2. Improved Bi-variate h selection routines.
3. A few bug fixes.

Version 1.2:
------------

1. Bump hunting added for 1D and 2D.
